Join us for a very special Annual meeting to celebrate the accomplishments of the closing year and look forward to the LWV year that begins on June 1. As recognition of the potential (and actual) threats to women's rights and voting rights that we are now experiencing, we will present our League's highly acclaimed original reader's theater production, Press On, Our Sisters: Show Up, Speak Up, Stand Up! We will also hold a short business meeting where we will elect officers and board of directors members and adopt a budget and plan of work for the coming year. While only current League members can vote on action items in the business meeting, everyone is welcome to the annual meeting. This is the perfect time to invite friends to learn about the League and even possibly join - helping us make our 100 member goal!
