5000 Voters Guides for the March 2024 Primary Elections!
Now is the time we need League members to pitch in so we can meet our League's goal of getting Voters Guides for the upcoming election out in the community before early voting starts on Monday, February 20. We promise to make this fun!
Voters Guide Launch Party & Work Day
Saturday, February 10, 3:00 pm - Upstairs at Senglemann Hall in Schulenburg
In the spirit of "many hands make light work", please join us at our first Voters Guide Launch Party & Work Day at Schulenburg's Senglemann Hall this Saturday. That afternoon, we'll transform the boxes you see in this photo to Voters Guides that are labeled (we add a "compliments of League of Women Voters of South Central Texas label to each Guide), counted, and sorted into piles for distribution in each of our five counties. Delivery assignments will be made so we can get Guides to public libraries, community organizations, and high traffic locations in the coming week. And, all members can grab a stack of Guides to share with their friends, family and network of relationships.
If you are able, please join us (and bring a friend) this Saturday at 3:00.
